A friend referred FiberCare to me and I’m so glad she did! As a mom of 2 small kids and dog owner, we needed our stairs and 2 sofas cleaned. Justin did a great job getting out some stains that I honestly figured were a lost cause. And Brian was in constant communication with me- sending reminders of the appt, updating me on the time they’d be arriving, and following up to make sure I was happy with the service. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I've used FiberCare for several years and have always had a great experience with the technicians! They are professional and knowledgeable. This last time I used them, which was in April, Brian worked his magic to accommodate my tight schedule, which was much appreciated. Wow!!! Our cream colored linen dining room chairs look brand new. Justin took special care in restoring them by removing 7 years worth of normal wear with 3 dogs and 2 children in the home, lol. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Great communication and very personable. Wish I had done it sooner!

As it happened , I found myself in need of another carpet stretching job so I reached out to Brian. I can attest once again to the quality of work, great communication, and scheduling flexibility. It’s satisfying when you use somebody else’s referral and it works out. It’s even more satisfying when I already knew what to expect. Kudos to FiberCare and Brian. Thanks!

Brian was great to work with. Communications were excellent. Needed carpet stretching done on short notice. Wrinkles gone, looks great. Will definitely call them again.

Justin did a wonderful job cleaning my sectional sofa and barstools. He arrived early, explained the process, and recommended a cleaning schedule going forward. I called on a Saturday expecting to leave a voicemail, but spoke to Brian while he was at his grandson’s game. Service was scheduled for Monday. The entire process was prompt and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Fibrecare and will use them for my future upholstery and carpet needs.

Brian did an excellent job treating and cleaning my large sofa. I have two dogs who although are very clean, still tend to leave a mess and odor behind. Once my couch dried, it looked as good as new!

I called Brian from a Fiber Care from the referral I received. Since then, Brian was always courteous, responsive and answered my million questions without getting tired! After scheduling the carpet cleaning and stretching he fell ill just the day before but he continued to keep me updated of his progress while not feeling well. We were so surprised of his hard work, it has exceeded our expectations. Everything looks brand new and transformed in to a WOW totally new looks and smells. He was courteous, prompt and always followed up to make sure you’re satisfied with everything. To top it off Brian came out driving 1.5 hours in ATL traffic with a big smile 🙂 I highly recommend him!

Brian was very helpful. The first time he came out did not quite take care of the pet problem we had with our carpet. He came out again, did some more work on the carpet, and gave us suggestions. He told us to call if it was not to our satisfaction and he had a couple more things he could try, but I think we are in great shape now. The extra personal touch was great! We would definitely recommend this company. They were very professional; yet, dealt with us on a personal level instead of just going by a scripted solution.

Justin did a great job cleaning our basement carpet and stairs. The carpet had been through years of teen parties and was looking very bad. I didn’t think it could be saved but it looks great after all the hard work and time Justin put into it. I’ll be using them again soon.

Cannot recommend this company enough! High-quality service, they were respectful and courteous. They showed up on time and delivered with expertise and professionalism. They paid attention to the little details. It was a cold misty day when they arrived and they had to leave the front door open for their water connection. Justin came prepared with a tarp to cover the front door to protect our house and they had corner protectors for our walls and other furniture to prevent any accidental damage.Excellent prices for the quality of work.
