I called Brian from a Fiber Care from the referral I received. Since then, Brian was always courteous, responsive and answered my million questions without getting tired! After scheduling the carpet cleaning and stretching he fell ill just the day before but he continued to keep me updated of his progress while not feeling well. We were so surprised of his hard work, it has exceeded our expectations. Everything looks brand new and transformed in to a WOW totally new looks and smells. He was courteous, prompt and always followed up to make sure you’re satisfied with everything. To top it off Brian came out driving 1.5 hours in ATL traffic with a big smile 🙂 I highly recommend him!

Brian was very helpful. The first time he came out did not quite take care of the pet problem we had with our carpet. He came out again, did some more work on the carpet, and gave us suggestions. He told us to call if it was not to our satisfaction and he had a couple more things he could try, but I think we are in great shape now. The extra personal touch was great! We would definitely recommend this company. They were very professional; yet, dealt with us on a personal level instead of just going by a scripted solution.

Justin did a great job cleaning our basement carpet and stairs. The carpet had been through years of teen parties and was looking very bad. I didn’t think it could be saved but it looks great after all the hard work and time Justin put into it. I’ll be using them again soon.

Cannot recommend this company enough! High-quality service, they were respectful and courteous. They showed up on time and delivered with expertise and professionalism. They paid attention to the little details. It was a cold misty day when they arrived and they had to leave the front door open for their water connection. Justin came prepared with a tarp to cover the front door to protect our house and they had corner protectors for our walls and other furniture to prevent any accidental damage.Excellent prices for the quality of work.

A fabulous experience with Fibercare today! Mario showed up on time, was very professional and took great care to make sure nothing in my house was damaged. It was very cold when he started, he took care to install a temporary “door” to keep the cold out and heat in and on top of all that… my sectional looks brand new!!!! The van says it all…5 star in all categories!!!!

Justin did a wonderful job cleaning years of slobbery dog grime out of our cream chair, and he did a great job of protecting our floors from the hoses. After cleaning, he went back and spot treated the areas that didn’t come out fully to make sure our chair looked as close to new as possible. These guys have wonderful customer service and do an incredible job overall! Highly recommend!

Brian and Justin did an excellent job cleaning my upholstery items - sofas, chairs, barstools, and rug right before Thanksgiving. The last time by items looked so clean were the day I bought them. They were very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned to a top-notch level to their standards. They went above and beyond and were nice, personable, and I felt safe having them in my home with is huge.

We called FiberCare shortly before Thanksgiving and Brian was very helpful in providing a quote and working our job in before the holiday. Mario is magnificent -- he was very fair in pricing "add-ons" (mainly a hall) and did a superb job in thoroughly cleaning a chaise sectional couch, plus carpeting and a rug with stinky urine spots. My daughter is extremely pleased.

Initial call for quote was fine. Quick response and competitive price. Scheduled appointment. Recieved text confirmation appointment reminder. NO tech. Waited . I called and Bryan explained there was a scheduling mix up. A couple of hours later the tech showed up. Technician, Mario was friendly and efficient. Had our couch cleaned due to pet odors. It's only been 3 days, but so far the smells have not returned.

Brian is the owner and was great to chat with when setting up my appointment. He honored a coupon I found online and fit me in on a very tight timeline, and his son-in-law, Justin, was my technician.
